I injured in a accident back bone from that time u t I and urine flow poor confusion in design legs also feel very burning in my head inside blood sugar normal please guide me

Consult doctors get treated for UTI , drink more water, burning leg might be due to neuritis of spinal injury, consult orthopedic surgeon he will suggest treatment
