Bumps on testicles that Itches

There are some(in numbers -7) small bumps in my testicles which i can feel just by touching and i saw them today ... i got too much itching in my testicles so I decided to check them .. i found that there are some giant Acne kind of things that itches too much .. I feel i have Shaved my abdomen and testicle area with a trimmer .. What should i do now ... i am worried please help me
