I got punched badly a year ago and my head was split open just above the eyebrow. I also had a large lump. I never went to the hospital or got stitches and it seemed to heak its self despite a small bump which remains. However, i was hit in the same spot by a knee at my MMA training (nothing particularly ard) tonight and now the lump seems to be prominent again. Ive also experienced sinus pains/headaches every time I fly since as well Is this anything to worry about?
