Brown spotting in early pregnancy

Hello doctor actual period date was 29th December 2017 & pregnancy conformed on 31st December.. From 6th January 2018 I was spotting in brown color my doctor prescribed Trenaxa 500mg for 5 days & daily 3 tablets but no use... Please give any advice.. Thank you...!

HELLO, ABSOLUTE BED REST WITH HEADEND LOW. PUT TWO BRICKS ON LEG END. INJ METHARGIN ONE AMPLE TWO TIMES A DAY FOLLOWED BY TAB METHARGIN THREE TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. REDUCED SLOWLY LIKE TWO TAB AFTER THREE DAYS THAN ONE TAB FOR TWO DAYS N THAN STOP. CONSULT A SECOND GYNACOLOGIST. OK.
