Hello Doctors, I'm getting this very light brown flat spots on hand. They are not raised. They are just like my skin. They do not itch or pain or neither grow. Also, I've been having neck stiffness and shoulder pain for a week now. I do NOT have fever. If I check symptoms on net, it gives me dangerous answers. Could you please help me on this?
