Bright led lights of bike causing lines

I am seeing white arc lines for few seconds after seeing bright lights of bike (especially white led lights) and only when blinking eyes. Looks like eyes getting overreacting with bright lights and it impact going slowly (around 10 sec). Started this recently.

Hi..these photic phenomenon are normal with bright lights ..especially when u r very sensitive person. But to be ob safer side, doing a deviled eye check up can rule out any problems .
