My baby is one month old my one breast is bigger than other and it's heavy and paining what should I do and fast recovery medication

Do both the breasts having milk? and do you feeding regularly? Mastitis can develop an inflammation process, with skin changes like redness and hardness over breast tissue. If any of this symptoms you have should urgently see a doctor.
