I'hv been having pain in my right brest from 24 hrs now. can i take dolo 650 to reduce the pain? I m a breast feeding mother and feeding my baby on time.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes you can take a tab. Paracetamol (dolo650) twice a day. If it still persists, don't delay and better get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards.
