Go for USG scan

Have you had a delivery recently ? If yes, it could be a breast abscess. Please get a breast sonography done and consult a General Surgeon for further management.

Visit a gynecologist or a general surgeon at the earliest.

Painful lump in breast , rt breast in your case , should not be ignored . Though it can be some furuncle / abscess inside but at the same time it can be lipoma / sabecious cyst or carcinogenic also . Pain in rt hand can be due to this and hence you are facing problem in day to day activity . Assessment is required as hopefully it can be treated with oral medications only if not a serious issues .Consult me here practo.take care , don't delay .
