Hi. i got breast pain and went for usg breast my report is attached here . any sign of maligancy?? is it related to breast cancer??

A simple cyst with BIRADS 2 is not a cause of much concern, and only observation is required. But If pain and inflammation is more, aspiration of cyst can be considered that would result in resolution of cyst. If the aspiration is blood stained further evaluation in the form of biopsy is advisable.
