Hi... Please check your blood pressure. If BP is alright you can consult an ENT doctor. If ENT doctor feels everything is Ok, then you may have to do MRI brain for correct diagnosis. Once you have the diagnosis we can plan for treatment appropriately. Regards Dr.Nithin
