Brain dizziness and pain

Hlw sir...I am from Nepal. I am suffering from dizziness and back brain pain not pain but some like that. I consulted many doctor and speclist doctor but same problem happen. I am afraid what happens to me.so please advice me what to do and where to go. Problem is that I am suffering from 2 year and sometimes I feeling dizziness and feel unconscious be mad . Once or twice a day it's happen.plz help you

at ur age vertigo is common than dizzines. probably u have confused about the same. consult ent surgeon
