My age is 43 Male. Iam thyroid patient from last 4-5 years taking med. 75 mg. My ESR is 70,RBC 3.4, HB 8.5 nd uric acid 8. I have highly body nd joint pains nd stiffness . What should i avoid . What should i eat for fast recovery.
