My dad aged 40, he is having patches blue coloured near stomach(3 places) ..he had cough associated with blood..what might be the possible symptom..taking him for a care now.

hello der portal hypertension pancretitis spleenic injury bronchial asthma bronchiectasis pneumonia carcinoma tb upper gi bleeding should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation  and treatment.
