I drunk water after 5 minutes later start Pain in stomach , then take some  after ½ hours start vomiting, In vomiting minimum amount blood turned out. Note:-I never used sarab sigret gutka any other alkohal

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Cannot say anything without examining and running some tests. Better to get it checked out by the general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. A few tests will also be required. He will be able to help you further. Best regards.
