I started having bright red blood in my stool and quite a lot of it. A couple of weeks have passed and I’m now finding it in my urine too. I have smelly and tinted yellow/green discharge aswell. Occasionally I’ll have a minute of pain Above my hip on my left hand side. The pain isn’t bad and it’s not frequent. It doesn’t hurt when I urinate or poo so I don’t think I’m straining. I’ve also never had sexual intercourse so any std’s or sti’s can be ruled out. What could it be, thanks.
