Hello, I had blood in urine and painful urination. I have attached the report. I am trying to conceive and this resulted in infection. Is this urine infection or there is kidney related issue?

Must be investigated and to begin with do cbc, creatinine, x ray KUB and USG for abdomen and pelvis with full bladder and post void residual urine and come for a formal consultation by taking a prior appointment
