  3. Blood in puke. Is required. please help!

Blood in puke

My mom is unwell since 3 days, initially she was feeling cold due to fever and after medication she is feeling internal heat and burning sensation in her body. She tried natural remedies eg fruits, sweet basil seeds etc to reduce body heat but today in morning she puked blood. I dont know which doctor should i consult and which test is required. Please help!
