Bloating and hank tremor

Dear Doctor, I am 26 years old male with seven years experuence on drinking alcohol. I drunk many alcohol for seven days and eat so little food. Now I am feeling excessive gas or bloating, hand tremor, vomitting and my ainews are slighty stick together. I have Ranitidine tablets, Valium, Omeprazole and Digene tablet at home. pls help
