Hi there...I can understand your concern. From pictures it will look like it could be pemphigus vulgaris, erythema multiforme, blister beetle dermatitis, irritant contact dermatitis. It will require detailed history and clinical examination. Even skin biopsy might have to be done. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
