I entered into 3 month pregnant but from yesterday I have a light  bleeding it's look like a period type but I have no pain ,plz suggested me I am worrying

Immediaetly consult gynec because there are many cause behind bleeding sometime it become normal and take rest and proper nutrition and don't take tension.
