I had my fistula surgery on 26/10 from couple of days there is bleeding when I go to toilet fresh red blood in stool currently i am using soframycin please suggest me best oniment for fistula dressing

Normaly bleeding doesn’t occurs after fistula surgery. Consult Doctor. No ointment wil stop bleeding. Have to find out the cause
