Bladder and testicle pain

About 2 months ago i bent over to pick a box up as i did i got a sharp pain across my bladder..then for couple days i had a tender left testicle and a sligbt back ache..they went at same time. It then when ti like a dull ache around my bladder..it went after i took ibuprofen for couple days but 2 weeks later the dull pains have returned to various aread in my bladder and under my ledt testicle
