The red pimple with white pus is hurting a lot when I walk. Please suggest medicine. I'm not vaccinated yet so I would prefer online consultation if needed.

It's a vaginal furnunculosis. Need to start on antibiotics. Bacitracin local ointment. Warm compression in the affected area. Wear lose under garments Clean the Groin area and maintain hygiene.
