Bhcg high but yolk sac not seen

Hi My bhcg is around 37000 accounts ultrasound the gestational sac is seen and is around 5 weeks but no fetal pole or yolk sac seen But actual i am 7 weeks pregnant doctor So is this normal case Please advise with next steps
