Betnesol during pregnancy and frequent u

I'm 32 2/7 weeks pregnant, every thing is normal part for diabetic. But it is under control. My Dr prescribed me Betnesol injection 3amp. 2 doses to be taken 24hours apart. I came across the side effects after 1st dose is likely to urge frequent urinates, so please advise is it safe to take the injection.
