My chest is bending inwards...as I grew up, my chest begins to go inwards I mean the middle bone of the chest approaches the spine and because of this rib cage looks move curved and also my shoulders are not proper...my friends always asks me why you all the time pulls up your shoulders ??..but I am always normal... please help me

Hello Dear, Why don't you meet up with a chest physician and get an x Ray of your chest to find out if there is anything wrong. If you are born with it, there is very little that you can do about it though.
