Is it safe to consume becozule z tables on a daily basis as a health supplement? I am 23 and a fitness athlete. I have this tablet for vitamin.

Hi these are multivitamins there r no significant side effects but these can cause gastritis,loss of appetite issues...if it was prescribed for some underlying condition it's ok otherwise better to stop and add same nutrients in your diet
