The back of my tongue feels very sore and is causing me pain. What could be the cause of it turning bluish and having lines and spots. Have attached picture for further reference

Hello.. Well it is normal what your showing but yes there is inflammation....I suggest you to avoid hot items,spicy stuff as it will aggrevate it...apart from the that the spots and the patch is normal....need not worry. ..thank you
