Hello Sir/Mam , I have bxo from 15 days . I want to know about Treatment. I know to know it is curable or not , or I have to go for surgery.

BXO is also called lichen sclerosus which is an inflammatory dermatosis of unclear etiology. So unclear meaning, it is idiopathic and is not known to medical field about the causative factors.
