I have severe backache while I sleep. This goes away during the day. I have tried different mattresses - spring, coir, cotton, sleeping on floor. It remain the same. I also have hypothyroidism, which is under control through medication. If I need to see a doctor, which specialty should it be?

Hey, you have to see orthopedic doctor for backache ,try to sleep on one side ,backache could be due to improper posture
