Back side of head ache

Lost of concentration and interest in doing anything.  Its been a week ago.  Please help me to get the best medicine for this. Sometime i lost control in my temper,  i don't feel like talking to anyone and don't feeling making friends and refresh my self..  I cannot tolerate noise or sound especially class room noise
