I am Manzoor Ahmad.I am 36 of age.From last few months I was feeling uncomfortable due to pain in dorsal spine and lumber spine and Joints.Doctor advised me XRay.Which was normal.In medication he advised me to take Macvestin 500.I feel quite relief after taking the medicine.Now my friend advised me to take medicine namely Jointace C2+.Is it safe to take this medicine.

You need muscle strengthening exercises in back. Drink plenty of water. There is no harm in taking jointace - normally for arthritis.
