Baby vitamin drops
My baby is 4 months old , she weighs 5.6kg, since due to unavailability of our regular doctor, we had to take her to a nearby doctor during her last week cold, they suggested a different vitamin drops and we had given the below 2 for last 2 days now she is not feeding well. She has a cleft palate so doctor suggested these vitamins to prepare her for surgery
First ensure proper feeding technique
Give feeding litle upright position in order to prevent nasal regurgitation
If not sucking properly at breast
May need to give expressed breast milk via paladai
Can supplement with zincovit drops around 1 ml once daily
Ensure that child is active
