If you are sure the teeth coming out are canines, then visit the a Pediatric dentist to get checked. Upper Lateral incisors are most common teeth to be missing naturally . Some teeth may not erupt due to delay or local obstruction or due to certain medical conditions. Your dentist could confirm with an X-ray to check if the tooth buds are present or missing. There is no need to worry if all other factors are ruled out and primary teeth are missing naturally. Just follow up for the permanent lateral incisors at around 8-9 years.
