Baby movement at 38 week pregnancy

Hi, i am 38 weeks pregnant, my 9th month sonography report is normal, baby is in cephalic position. I have a concern that, i feel baby's movements in lower abdomen with particular frequency (kinda vibration ) at least 2 to 3 times a day. How can i feel baby's movements from the part where baby's head is present. Pls tell me.
