I have 1.5 month old baby. Daily she gets 2 to 3 times hiccups in a day. Is this normal? Or I need to consult any doctor?

Having hiccups is suggestive of good neurological development. Child of this age requires burping for 30minutes each time after feed. If having severe issues then medication like perinorm drops advised.
