I came across Ayur shampoo. I am a 25 year old woman and I have been using Herbal shampoo for my hair fall. What are the benefits of ayur shampoo over Herbal shampoo? Are there other alternatives?

Now a days you can't differentiate between herbal and Ayur.... Very commercialized. Use a mild Ayurvedic shampoo which suits your hair. Can't suggest single name. All have chemicals in some amount.

Ayur shampoo is an ayurvedic hair cleanser.herbal shampoos are also ayurvedic hair cleanser.there is not much difference between the two except a few ingredients.u can msg me to know the more details
