Hey! I've been takung cherifer pgm food supplement for like a month now, my question is what time of the day should i take cherifer pgm food supplement? And btw i stopped drinking it for one week because i had to drink another medicine and i just continued drinking it probably after two weeks, is it okay?

You can take the food supplement once a day with your food which can be taken at any time, it can be taken after food, and there isn't a problem for stopping for 2 weeks. Try to improve your nutrition without the use of supplements at present.
