I underwent an appendectomy on 27th of August but still the wound didn't heal complete ly, what should be the reason and little came recently which they drained and cleaned

Get an USG done to know the amount of collection. Then get it drained by your surgeon at the same time send the sample for culture and sensitivity. Start antibiotics appropriately.
