Yes you can take Medha Vati 2 times a day with lukewarm water. Ashwagandha is included in Medha vati. Take 1/2 tsf fennel seeds ( saunf)after meals for acidity and indigestion

Medhavati 2 bd can be taken if u have b.p issues Ashwagandha 1 tab or 1/2 teaspoon can be taken for a month .. thereafter give it a break for 1 week .. then restart

At first cure your digestive system .take the treatment for good digestive system. Do not tak ashwagandha if your digestive system is not good. Second:- if your digestive system is not good and you start ashwagandha then your digestive problem may increase. When once your digestive become good then you can start medha vati and ashwagandha.

U take 1.Trikatu syrup from Himalaya .one teaspoon just before food twice a day . 2.Triphala tab two at bedtime with warm water. BV Pundit ashwagandha rasayana is best .Two tsf once a day followed by a glass of warm milk.
