Day before yesterday i couldn't perform since then i started thinking about it which in turn made me more anxious n now i couldn't focus on anything and I can't even masterbate..!! What should i do.. should i continue trying to masterbate so that my anxiety will go away or should I wait till i m not anxious..but everytime i think about sex i get anxious PLZZ suggest me what should i do..!!!
