Dear Sir thanks for your feedback. Right now I am only taking Tab Metformin hydrochloride BP 500mg three times in a day before half hour taking food. As I previously mentioned last 4 th January I am admitted Bardem , & 6 th January one operations held due to Carbuncle over the nape of the Neck. Here I have attached all my reports. I am waiting
