Ankle joint pain since 15days

Hi, i met with an accident 15days back, had some internal injuries... all injuries are cured now... except ankle joint pain... it doesn't pain always... when i bend my foot to around 120 or 130 degree, i get a severe pain... don't know what to do.... please help me... I don't know any good physiotherapist near by....
