They are not known to spread to other parts of the body as in your case.
MRI and histopathological diagnosis can vary.
I'm sure in this pandemic you would not like to visit a hospital physically.
Don't worry,for now just avoid pressure on the affected area...by avoiding sitting cross-legged and avoid climbing staircase.
