Anal rectum pain

Anal rectum is hurting while bowel movement. This started 4 weeks ago right after a forced bowel movement with hard stool. I saw some blood on the poop some times. Please help

That sounds like a fissure in ano. I would suggest a stool softener and muscle relaxant ointment for a couple of weeks. If it does not resolve then you should see a surgeon. Use Nitragesic ointment inserted into the anus with the nozzle half an hour before a bowel movement and tablet cremalax twice a day for 2 weeks.
