I'm facing this issue from months now. When I stand for long or walk a bit. I feel sweat kind of feeling rising from my anus. I can see the stains in my underwear in the same pattern. Also, when I poop, I see white foam in it. And it doesn't seem to heal. I've got the perianal usg done as per the doctor prescription but it was fine. Maybe because they did it from outside my anal area. So, the doctor said too that it's not fistula. I don't know what to do now. Please help me.
