Anal itching and dryness sometimes

Hello doctor's Below image is my anus as sometimes it gets dry and causes bit itchiness and dryness sensation. Some red spots are present what are they .as one of the consultant said its due to proctitis and if its prpctitis will it get cure and what should i do.

Tab Wormin -1×2/day for 3days. Sitz bath. Betadine oint to apply locally after bath. Cap.Ampoxin (500mg)1×3 for 5days.Review after 3days.
