I was diagnosed with anal fissure. I was asked to increase my fiber intake. So is it ok to take psyllium husk with duphalac syrup?

For fissure a balanced Treatment is needed. Otherwise reccurrance is high, and will land up in surgery. Avoid hard stools. High fibre diet. These two can be used but dosage has to be titrated. Discuss in detail.
