M suffering from anal fissure from approx 6 months. Used 3 to 4 tubes of diltigesic but not getting better. after using Diltigestic i get rashes and severe itching and have to use candid b ointment for that. It stays OK for 3 to 4 days then again it starts paining and it get worse. Its really difficult to sit in office.
